Job description
Main Responsibilities:
Improve and deploy our on-boarding process for new trainers :
Optimize the trainers database by identifying and making validate trainers depending on training needs and new trainings released.
Enhance and maintain the trainers' management database (currently in Excel) to ensure easy access to information on trainer expertise, availability, time zones, and interests in additional topics to team members
Ensure correct level of communication and preparation (shadowing, brief) for new trainers before their first delivery, relay information to Training Officers and Coordinators.
Contribute to the development and implementation of PowerBI dashboards for Trainer Management, including the design of visuals and tracking of key metrics.
Participate, when possible, to the first delivery to assess and validate new trainers as official ones.
Guarantee quality of our current trainer’s pool :
Assess all our trainer’s animation when delivering remote sessions and define action plans when needed.
Increase completion of our “Train the Trainer” program for all our trainers with less than 2 years of experience in delivering training.
Animate trainers’ community & increase their visibility :
Set up regular newsletters for trainers.
Set up the communication plan to promote trainer achievements (to all employees, to their direct managers and directors, to their HR…).
Maintain regular communication with trainers to update their status, including availability changes, interest levels, and any professional developments that may affect their training capacity.
Transversal Responsibilities:
Assist in updating and redesigning existing training materials to ensure they are current and effective.
Act as a tester for new e-learning modules, providing detailed and constructive feedback as needed.
Optionally, deliver training sessions, including platform demonstrations, as part of the Academy team, contingent on interest and relevant skills.
Support in defining the specific skills required for each training module to ensure clarity and alignment with training objectives.
Ideal Profile:
Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools; experience with PowerBI is a plus.
Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and provide insightful feedback.
Mastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day to day activity.
